StrongHER Foundations is a 12-week structured program designed to teach girls how to build real strength, fuel their bodies properly, develop confidence, and grow into leaders.
This is not a diet program.
This is not about shrinking.
This is education, discipline, and foundation-building during some of the most important years of development.
Girls are rarely taught how to fuel for performance, understand their hormones, train safely, or build confidence through strength. StrongHER Foundations fills that gap with structure, coaching, and leadership-focused development.
Inside the 12-Week Program:
• 3 structured strength training sessions per week
• Progressive overload education and safe lifting fundamentals
• Weekly nutrition education curriculum
• Proper fueling for energy, recovery, and performance
• Hormone awareness and female cycle education
• Confidence development and identity building
• Leadership and discipline training
• Weekly live group coaching call with Brittany
• Weekly assignments and accountability tasks
• Private program community
