My Story
I am a 62 year old IT professional who decided to retire and help others achieve what I have achieved health wise in my journey through life. I am a cancer survivor of 15 years and I believe that my success comes from my choices that I make every day.
Two years ago I made a decision to compete in bodybuilding and I accomplished this goal this year. My wife was instrumental in me accomplishing this goal. She also
competed in women’s bikini at 60 years old. We are never too old to accomplish big
things. We plan on continuing our journey and hopefully one day become pros.
My passion in life is health. I have seen how the medical industry has failed us in almost every way. We need to take charge of our own health. Life is about living to the fullest and not limping along caring extra weight and taking all sorts of medications to mask our bad choices we have made with nutrition. I have learned through experience that eating healthy doesn’t mean not eating, in fact I eat very well. Eating a well balanced diet heals our bodies and allows us to function at our best. Exercise is just a catalyst that builds our muscles and strengthens our joints. It also gives us a sense of well being.
My desire to coach is what drives me. The joy I get from watching the transformation of the person that I am training is priceless. I am IFA certified and have studied nutrition for the past 14 years. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, nutrition and overall health and wellness.
I enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding and boating. My wife and I spend our weekends hanging out with friends on the water.
