About David 

David is a 62-year-old retired IT professional who chose to turn his personal health journey into a mission to help others do the same. A 15-year cancer survivor, David believes his success comes down to the choices made every single day, especially when it comes to nutrition, movement, and mindset.

Two years ago, David set a goal many people believe is “too late” to start. He decided to compete in bodybuilding and successfully stepped on stage this year. His wife played a key role in that journey and also competed in women’s bikini at age 60, proving together that age does not limit what’s possible. They continue to train, grow, and pursue their goals with the long-term vision of one day earning professional status.

Health is David’s true passion. Through personal experience, he has seen how often the medical system focuses on managing symptoms instead of addressing root causes. David believes in taking ownership of health through nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle choices, not masking problems with medications. Eating well does not mean eating less. A balanced, nutrient-dense diet fuels the body, supports healing, and allows people to function at their best. Strength training builds muscle, protects joints, and creates a sense of confidence and well-being that carries into daily life.

David is IFA certified and has spent over 14 years studying nutrition and health. He specializes in weight loss, muscle building, nutrition education, and long-term health and wellness. What drives him most is coaching. Watching clients transform physically and mentally is what makes this work meaningful.

Outside of coaching, David enjoys staying active and enjoying life with his wife. They spend their free time water skiing, wakeboarding, boating, and relaxing with friends on the water.

 

This balance between discipline and enjoyment reflects the lifestyle David encourages. Health is not about restriction. It is about building a body and life that allows you to truly live.

Competition Coaching

For athletes pursuing bodybuilding or physique competition, Blake offers structured prep coaching built on discipline and detail.

Competition coaching includes:
