About Deontai
Deontai Williams is a professional football player and performance coach with a deep passion for developing athletes both mentally and physically. His journey through elite levels of football shaped the discipline, resilience, and work ethic he now brings to coaching and mentorship.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Williams starred at Trinity Christian Academy, where he became a two-time state champion, Super 11 selection, and 4-star recruit. Ranked among ESPN’s Top 250 players nationally, he earned scholarship offers from over 35 Division I programs.
​
At the collegiate level, Williams was recognized as one of the top junior college prospects in the nation and the No. 2 JUCO safety before committing to Nebraska Cornhuskers, turning down offers from Florida, Ole Miss, and UCF. During his time at Nebraska, he earned multiple honors, including Honorable Mention All-Big Ten selections and Nebraska Scholar-Athlete recognition.

Williams continued his football career professionally, signing with the Seattle Seahawks, competing in the CFL with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, and currently playing for the BC Lions.
​
Today, Deontai channels his experience into coaching athletes who want to train with purpose. His approach emphasizes performance, discipline, confidence, and mindset, helping athletes build skills that translate both on the field and in life.

Outside of training athletes, Deontai is a husband and a father of three boys, building the same values at home that he demands on the field.
He and his wife, Savannah, are raising their boys in an environment rooted in discipline, effort, faith, and presence. Whether it’s coaching them through sports, playing in the yard, or teaching them how to show up with confidence and character, Deontai lives the principles he teaches every day.
