Remember to maintain proper posture at the hips and back to prevent injury!!
Side note: using the stability ball for squats is a great substitute for bodyweight or weighted squats if you have hurt knees. Placing your shoulder back on the ball and keeping your pressure there throughout the range of motion will prevent any pressure falling on your knee joint!
