I have more of a 'salty tooth' than a 'sweet tooth.' You place a pack of Oreos and a bag of chips in front of me, and you bet that bag of chips will be GONE in about .5 seconds.
The downside of that, is it seems there are less healthy options that completely satisfy my salty tooth.
On a different note, one of my FAVORITE kitchen tools to cook with us my AIR FRYER. No mess, quick and delicious cooking? YES PLEASE!
If you don't have an air fryer, I HIGHLY recommend grabbing this small appliance at your local Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, Target, etc.
I have a Bella brand, and it's FANTASTIC!
Now...onto that recipe
Homemade Sweet Potato Fries
3-4 Sweet Potatoes (thin sliced)
1 tbs Olive Oil
Seasoning of your choice (I used Creole which made for some extra amazing SPICE!)
Peel and slice potatoes
Toss in Olive Oil & Seasoing
Place in Air Fryer and cook on 225 for 45 minutes, tossing every 10-15 minutes or so
