Recipe of the Week: Cottage Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Sick of having to eat eggs or drink a shake in the morning to get a high protein, low fat breakfast in??

Cottage Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 whole Wheat English Muffin (lightly toasted)
1/4 Avocado
1/2 cup Spinach
4 slices Thin Deli Turkey Meat
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
2 slices fresh Tomato
Directions:
Lightly toast English Muffin
Assemble each half of muffin with avocado, spinach, turkey, cottage cheese and tomato
