Alright....now onto my recipe of the week

Because Spring is (kind of) on the way...

These super amazing Frozen Yogurt Bites are the most refreshing thing in my freezer these days! Not only are they low in fat, with adding in my favorite 1stPhorm Level-1 Protein to the already protein packed Greek Yogurt, they are also high in protein and KID FRIENDLY and low on the sugar side!

These serve as one of the BEST after school snacks for your kiddos!

Berry Protein Frozen Yogurt Bites


Calories: 20 Protein: 24g Carbs: 8g Fat: 0

Serving Size: 8 (yes...you can actually eat 8 of these for these killer macros!!)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-fat Strawberry Greek Yogurt

  • 1 scoop Vanilla 1stPhorm Level-1

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • Top with berries of your choice

Directions

Whisk the yogurt, protein powder and vanilla. Divide mixture into a mini muffin pan (I like to line mine with mini cupcake liners). Top each yogurt cup with a berry of your choice. Freeze until harden. Pop out the individual bites and enjoy!

I may be bias - but these bites DO NOT taste as good without a high quality protein powder. I always, always, ALWAYS recommend using 1stPhorm Level-1. A high quality, low temperature processed, protein from a trustworthy FDA approved company. Bonus that it's all kid friendly!!
